Who’s building it
Built in Perth by Jacob Dearle.
I’m a physiotherapist who previously built a performance dashboard for footy clubs, turning raw data into reports that staff actually use. Classfill brings the same idea to independent studios: the data you already have, made clear enough to act on every week. During the pilot you’ll deal with me directly, and your feedback shapes what gets built next.

Which booking systems does it work with?
Glofox and Clubworx exports work today, and Momence is in beta. Using something else? Email Jacob and we’ll look at your export together.
How much time does it take each week?
A couple of minutes: download your bookings and sales CSVs, drop them in, and the dashboard updates in about ten seconds. During the pilot, Jacob helps you load your history the first time.
What happens to my studio’s data?
It’s used only to produce your studio’s dashboard and reports. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time. See our privacy policy.
What happens after the 30 days?
If Classfill is earning its keep, you continue at the founding price of $49 a month, locked for 12 months. If not, you simply stop. There’s nothing to cancel.
Do I have to change how I run my studio?
No. Keep using your booking system exactly as you do now. Classfill only reads the exports, so there’s nothing to install and nothing for your front desk to learn.
